TEN SERIES


Also know as “ The Recipe,” the ten series is a progressive, intelligently designed approach through the entire body with the intention of organizing the structure for optimal function. Each session builds on the previous one such that the results are cumulative. Clients often report feeling lengthened and decompressed with a new sense of freedom and ease.


1-3 THE SUPERFICIAL SESSIONS

The first three sessions focus on the outer or more superficial layers of fascia referred to as the "sleeve".

ONE            Inspiration and breath                           The rib cage and pelvis

TWO           Understanding and grounding             The feet and lower legs

THREE        Putting the sides on                               Shoulder girdle and lateral line


4-7 THE CORE SESSIONS

These sessions focus on evoking length and refinement of movement from structures and fascia closer to spine.

FOUR           Relaxing the base                                 Upper leg and thigh organization

FIVE             Gut feelings                                          Anterior lumbar/abdomen area

SIX                Holding back                                       Posterior pelvis and deep rotators

SEVEN         Putting the Head on                            Organizing head, neck jaw, and torso


8-10 THE INTEGRATIVE SESSIONS

These final sessions aim to integrate the core and sleeve aligning the body as a whole to inspire a sense of order and balance.
